This home builder contacted us and as if we could present a design for a spec home, working with them, sooner they found out we fit within their budget and while the construction of the home was conducted also the landscaping and hardscaping to have it all finish and ready for the open house day, in Gavian we understand timelines are an imperative in the industry, when something needs to get done on time and how is agreed, our commitment pushes us to figure out and proceed to the logistics to make it happen as planned. In the end, the buyers liked Gavian Enterprises’ work so much that they asked for a few changes and working with the builder was a matter of doing something custom from the beginning and not redoing work as it happens in most cases.
